St. Francis Downtown Tower Modernization Wins Award

The St. Francis Downtown Tower modernization project in Greenville, South Carolina, won the Structural Engineers Association of Illinois Excellence in Structural Engineering award in the Best Renovation/Retrofit/Preservation Project category.

We served as the architect of record for the exterior enclosure, as the structural engineer of record, and as the fire protection engineer.
