Experience

Hayley Proctor specializes in the evaluation and analysis of existing structures. She focuses on failure investigations, seismic evaluation techniques and retrofits, nondestructive evaluation, and litigation consulting. Ms. Proctor employs advanced structural computer modeling and analysis techniques for various materials, including steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.
