Marine Repair and Rehabilitation Design
Our work to understand the causes of deterioration has positioned us at the forefront of marine rehabilitation design. We develop repair and rehabilitation solutions ranging from improvements to address the long-term durability of structures; cathodic protection to counter the effects of corrosion; corrosion protection coatings to limit future interactions between the metal and a corrosive environment; and other repair methods, including traditional and non-traditional strengthening methods.
Our extensive experience in preparing rehabilitation designs includes cost evaluation of rehabilitation alternatives and services during construction. We routinely assist clients with developing long-range strategies for maintaining their structures in a way that meets their economic and continued operational needs. Services during construction include performance testing, mock-up reviews, quality assurance, quality control testing and monitoring, and troubleshooting.
