Paulson Center Wins CTBUH and AIA Awards
The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) has recognized the John A. Paulson Center at New York University with its 2024 Award of Excellence in the Best Tall Building by Region, Americas category, and the American Institute of Architects (AIA) has awarded the John A. Paulson Center at New York University with a 2024 Architecture Award and a 2024 Education Facility Design Award.
The LEED-Gold-certified complex comprises below-grade athletic and recreational facilities, new classrooms, drama and music facilities, community areas, and student and faculty housing.
We served as a consultant to the architect and designed the subgrade and podium deck waterproofing along with the roofing systems.
