Hotel Cleveland Captures Outstanding Renovation Award

Hotel Cleveland won the Outstanding Renovation of a Cleveland Landmark Award from The Cleveland Restoration Society and the Cleveland chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Our work focused on the historical preservation of the hotel facade. The exterior of the building underwent masonry repairs, including terra cotta replacement where needed. New, energy-efficient windows were installed, and the flat roof was replaced.

Constructed in 1918, the building was designed by architects Graham, Anderson, Probst & White. The fourteen-story Beaux Arts hotel once held 1,000 rooms but, today, functions as a 491-room hotel, meeting, and event space.
