Experience

Tanya Chaijenkit conducts building enclosure investigation and repair projects involving various facade, roofing, and waterproofing systems. Her work focuses on roofing replacement and repair projects for various low-slope and steep-slope roofing systems, including thermoplastic single-ply membranes, modified bitumen multi-ply assemblies, metal roof panels, wood shakes, and slate tiles.

Ms. Chaijenkit has developed repairs and prepared construction documents for various building enclosure repair projects, often requiring construction observation services. These services have used her expertise to review in-progress repairs and quality assurance during construction. She has also investigated water leakage and tested facade cladding and roofing systems based on standards developed by ASTM International and the American Architectural Manufacturers Association.
