Experience

Swapna Danda has more than seventeen years of experience as a geotechnical engineer performing various geotechnical investigations for transportation (including design-build), residential, commercial, industrial, local governments, and federal projects in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Wisconsin, Delaware, and North and South Carolina. She also has extensive experience with geotechnical requirements for foundations, site work, and pavements for various jurisdictions in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region based on that region’s unique geologic conditions. Ms. Danda has overseen geotechnical and environmental services and has planned and executed subsurface exploration programs, reviewed civil drawings, correlated field and laboratory investigation data; performed geotechnical analyses, and has prepared geotechnical engineering reports, proposals, and project management, budgeting, and progress reports.
