Scott R. Sondrup

Experience

Scott Sondrup specializes in building enclosure consulting and design review services for existing and new construction, including residential, commercial, civic, and health care project types. He also has expertise with construction phase observations, water penetration testing for exterior window and door systems, as well as litigation support.

Before joining WJE, Mr. Sondrup was a practicing architect for more than sixteen years, with extensive experience in the planning and design of higher-education, K–12, medical, institutional, dining, food service, and residential projects in the US Rocky Mountain region. His primary roles and expertise included project management, design, and construction administration. Mr. Sondrup approaches his work with objectivity, technical expertise, and an acute attention to detail, and he possesses vast experience in the development of comprehensive and well-coordinated construction documents.
