Scott R. Sondrup

Experience

Scott Sondrup specializes in building enclosure consulting and peer review services for existing and new construction, covering all manner of residential, commercial, and civic project types. In addition, he has experience with water penetration testing procedures for exterior window and door systems, as well as destructive testing observation related to litigation. Mr. Sondrup approaches his work with objectivity, technical expertise, and an acute attention to detail, and possesses vast experience in the development of comprehensive and well-coordinated construction documents.

Prior to joining WJE, Mr. Sondrup was a practicing architect for more than sixteen years, with extensive experience in the planning and design of higher-education, K–12, medical, institutional, dining, food service, and residential projects throughout the Rocky Mountain region. During that time, his primary roles included project manager, project architect, project designer, and construction administration, with expertise across the spectrum.
