Samuel C. Zartman

Experience

Sam Zartman’s projects include building enclosure commissioning, roofing assessments, and leakage investigations for various enclosure systems. He also conducts and observes facade performance testing, develops design documents, and provides construction observation services.

Mr. Zartman possesses experience with new and existing construction types, including commercial, low- and high-rise residential, university, and medical. He performs evaluations of masonry, metal panel, glass facades, and steep-slope and low-slope roofing systems.
