As the Facilities Area Lead at WJE  overseeing a five-building campus, his achievements include the implementation of energy management programs that achieved a 40 percent reduction in building energy usage and the initiation of various sustainability projects.

Before his current role, Mr. Keesbury enhanced his skills as an engineering technician at WJE, focusing on material testing and project management. His professional skill set spans critical areas of facilities management such as building automation systems, HVAC maintenance, and emergency power systems, all compliant with NFPA standards. His expertise in vendor management, strategic planning, and budget control are pivotal in maintaining operational excellence and advancing facility sustainability.
