Experience

Kirk Moss’s consulting experience includes the assessment, investigation, and development of repairs for structural and building enclosure systems. His services have encompassed a range of new construction and repair projects, including office buildings, hotels, condominiums, apartment complexes, hospitals, schools, airports, and churches.

Mr. Moss’s expertise includes preparing construction documents, designing the repair and rehabilitation of building enclosure systems, and providing construction administration services for repair projects based on investigations and assessments. He also possesses experience in facade systems, primarily EIFS, stucco, curtain wall and window systems, and roofing and waterproofing systems.  Mr. Moss’s work also includes design peer review, assessment of wood structures, and litigation consulting.
