Kirk P. Moss

Experience

Kirk Moss performs building envelope assessments including water intrusion investigations, facade evaluation and rehabilitation, and roofing and waterproofing inspections. He provides services on a wide range of new construction and repair projects, including low-to-high-rise condominiums, apartments, hotels, universities, and office buildings. Mr. Moss is experienced in preparing construction documents, designing the repair and rehabilitation of building enclosure systems, and providing construction administration services for repair projects based on investigations and assessments. His work focuses on the investigation of many building types, including brick masonry, concrete masonry, stucco, EIFS, and metal panel cladding. Mr. Moss’s work also includes prepurchase assessments, capital reserve analysis, and design peer review.
