Katherine J. Augustine

Experience

Katherine. Augustine conducts a wide range of exterior enclosure-related investigations and repair projects. She performs assessments and assists with the repair design of roofing and waterproofing systems, brick masonry, terra cotta, limestone, granite, EIFS systems, and windows, including projects involving difficult access (rappelling) techniques. She has also utilized her expertise to support restoration projects and has performed numerous water leakage investigations.

Ms. Augustine has performed moisture problem investigations, including water penetration testing, frost point testing, and in situ air pressurization. She is proficient in the use of AutoCAD to illustrate building assemblies and develop detailing between enclosure system interfaces. Ms. Augustine has also helped develop repair designs and construction observations during the repair of building enclosures.
