Julie Szabo

Experience

Julie Szabo has more than twenty years of experience in building enclosure and building science consulting services. She possesses expertise in investigating enclosure performance issues—including air leakage, water infiltration, thermal performance, and condensation—as well as consulting on new construction projects.

Ms. Szabo is engaged in projects on the investigation, repair, and new construction of exterior building enclosure components and systems. These include masonry cavity wall and mass wall construction, precast and cast-in-place concrete, below- and above-grade waterproofing and roofing systems, metal panel rainscreen systems, EIFS, windows, and curtain walls.
