Jeannette Ray has thirty years of experience in human resources. As WJE’s Executive Director of Human Resources Development, Ms. Ray had corporate-level responsibility for human resources, including benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, leadership development, and an overall focus on the well-being and development of employees across the organization. She now serves as an executive consultant to WJE’s senior leadership team, partnering on strategic initiatives across the firm.
Prior to joining WJE, Ms. Ray worked for more than a decade at Hewitt Associates, where she held various leadership roles in human resources.
