Experience

Jason Sanchez possesses broad-based experience with building enclosures, including the investigation, assessment, and rehabilitation of existing buildings and new construction design review, construction observation, and performance verification. His projects include various building systems such as roofing, below- and above-grade waterproofing, window and curtain wall systems, and building facade systems such as precast concrete panels, metal panels, masonry cavity walls, stucco, and EIFS. In the Midwest and mid-Atlantic regions of the US, Mr. Sanchez’s expertise extends to g universities, hospitals, commercial properties, large-scale residential developments, and government properties.
