James C. Strong

Experience

James Strong focuses on investigating and solving water intrusion problems. He contributes expertise gained through failure investigations and experience with the development of construction standards. Mr. Strong performs field and laboratory investigations, conducts observations, selects repair and replacement materials, and prepares reports. Before joining WJE in 2000, Mr. Strong was a principal at Testing Engineers, Inc. for nineteen years. He provided building enclosure consulting, managed the roofing department, and served as the chief operating officer.
