Ian J. McKenzie

Experience

Ian McKenzie possesses experience in building enclosure investigations, repair designs, design peer reviews, and construction administration projects. His expertise also includes the diagnosis of air and water leakage through building enclosures.

Before joining WJE, Mr. McKenzie was a branch manager at a nationally recognized architectural testing laboratory, where he gained experience performance testing various types of architectural systems and products, including windows, storefront and curtain wall assemblies, EIFS, and roof assemblies. He also possesses expertise with building enclosure field performance testing using ASTM International standards for the determination and measurement of air leakage and water penetration of walls and fenestrations.
