Experience

Erin Humphrey specializes in the design, evaluation, and repair of building enclosure systems, including below-grade waterproofing, exterior wall assemblies, windows, waterproofing, and roofing. Her project experience includes roofing and waterproofing for new structures, assisting with construction document preparation, and providing construction observation to assist with design implementation.

Ms. Humphrey also has experience in facade assessments, leakage investigations, and condition assessments of existing buildings. She works with various building systems, such as stucco, wood, concrete, and masonry along with vinyl, aluminum, and wood-framed windows. She also develops investigative reports, repair recommendations, and design documents for numerous buildings.
