Devin S. Smith

Experience

Devin Smith specializes in the design, repair, and maintenance of building enclosure assemblies. From below-grade to rooftops, Ms. Smith focuses on high-quality new construction and the preservation of our existing built environment. Her project experience includes design and design-assist services for roofing, exterior wall, and waterproofing projects; preparation and coordination of construction documents; and construction phase observation during project implementation.

Ms. Smith also has expertise with leakage investigations and condition assessments of existing buildings. She has conducted projects with various building cladding systems, including composite metal panels, stone panels, stucco, EIFS, concrete, and masonry and adhered systems as well as vinyl-framed, aluminum-framed, and steel-framed window systems.
