Will Davenport

Experience

Will Davenport is a professional engineer in the building enclosure industry. He began his career designing curtain wall and cladding systems before transitioning into consulting, where he develops solutions focused on energy performance and moisture management across a multitude of both new and existing building enclosure systems, including below-grade drainage and waterproofing, wall and cladding assemblies, and roofs. His experience spans a broad range of construction types, including low- to high-rise buildings, high-end custom homes, multifamily residential, corporate headquarters, industrial facilities, historic structures, and other project types.

Mr. Davenport is also an FAA-certified drone pilot and certified infrared thermographer, providing aerial and handheld infrared assessment services for projects, such as large roof rehabilitations and cold storage facilities.
