Spencer W. Whitmore

Experience

Spencer Whitmore’s experience includes investigation, evaluation, and repair design of building enclosure systems for new and existing structures. He has contributed to multifamily residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, leveraging his expertise in roofing and waterproofing design, forensic analysis of complex building science challenges, and advanced thermal and hygrothermal modeling of enclosure systems.

Mr. Whitmore also prepares construction documents, provides construction administration services, and performs quality assurance testing. He frequently collaborates on projects requiring detailed building enclosure analysis, integrating design principles with investigative findings to ensure long-term enclosure performance.

Before joining WJE, Mr. Whitmore worked at an architectural design firm in Indiana, gaining design and construction administration experience in new construction projects for healthcare, higher education, and K–12 design and construction.
