In early 2004, WJE opened a Los Angeles office whose staff has specialized expertise that enhances our capabilities in design for blast and weapons effects and counterterrorism. WJE now offers experience designing and analyzing structures for a wide range of conditions, including the design and analysis of buildings and other structures subjected to potential blast loads due to terrorist attack or accidental explosions.
